Our Search Process

As Windsor Search Consultants (WSC) undertake the assignment, WSC will conduct a wide variety of activities to ensure that the most successful individuals are surfaced for the position. Following are some of the steps that will be undertaken:

  • • Initiate research among key target companies to identify appropriately qualified individuals for the search.

    • Source highly qualified and interested candidates using a variety of methods and tools while working in conjunction with WSC’s extensive pre-existing network.

  • • Conduct a phone interview to discuss their qualifications and secure their background.

    • Conduct in-depth telephone interviews to validate qualifications and readiness to consider joining the company.

  • • Submit a grouping of the best individuals for your review to determine interest and fit within your organization.

    • Provide meeting availability dates for candidates selected for interviews/phone screens.

    • Arrange for and handle all of the logistics of the initial interview at your location.

    • Debrief all concerned parties and determine logistics for second interviews with appropriate candidates.

  • • At client’s request, make the verbal offer and gain candidate acceptance.

    • Facilitate delivery of the written offer and its signed return by candidate to the company.

  • • Counsel candidate on the resignation process and facilitate entry to the company.

    • Conduct a debriefing one to two months after start to ensure a seamless transition.
